PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject nonwoven fabric capable of reducing various ill effects caused by the tension after forming a fiber web, having excellent traceability, and useful for a padding cloth for clothes, a substrate for medical patch, etc., by heat-treating a fiber web comprising the first fiber component and the second fiber component having a heat shrinkage sufficiently lower than the first component under a specific condition. SOLUTION: This elastic nonwoven fabric not comprising a latent crimpable fiber causing a fastener phenomenon comprises the heat-shrunk first fiber component and the second fiber component having recovered crimps, obtained by heat-treating a fiber web comprising the first fiber component having comparatively high heat shrinkage (having >=10% heat shrinkage) and the second fiber component having the heat shrinkage <=5% lower than that of the first fiber component, at the temperature of the heat-shrinking temperature of the first fiber component. |
