PERFORMANCE MAINTAINING METHOD AND DEVICE OF MOISTURE CONTAINING TYPE EMULSION HYDRAULIC FLUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly operate a hydraulic machine without degrading performance of a hydraulic fluid by holding a vapor phase part temperature in an oil pressure tank and a temperature of the side wall part and the top plate part contacting with this vapor phase part higher than a temperature of the hydraulic fluid. SOLUTION: A temperature of the tank vapor phase part 3 is measured by a temperature sensor 5 to be compared with a preset temperature. When a measured value is lower than the preset temperature, the temperature is adjusted so as to stop heating when reaching a prescribed temperature by heating the vapor phase part 3 by a heating means (for example, an electric heating heater) arranged on a tank side wall 15 and a top plate 16. Dew condensation to the tank top plate part and the side wall part can be prevented thereby. A heat reserving material 4 is considered so as to minimize a temperature drop in the vapor phase part 3. Separation of a water particle from oil can be prevented by agitating the precipitated waterdrop by a hydraulic supply pump 10 since an operating fluid 2 is taken out of a sucking-out port 13 of the tank bottom part through the hydraulic supply pump 10 even if the dewed waterdrop is accumulated in the bottom part of a tank 1.
