PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet, which is excellent in the transparency and durability of a sheet, in which various functions such as new light guiding properties, varied-angle effect producing properties, a light controllability or the like are embodies and which has a favorable external appearance, and the manufacturing device of the resin sheet and its method. SOLUTION: This resin sheet has a laminating structure consisting of a transparent resin layer B pinched between a transparent resin layer A and a transparent resin layer C. The outer surface is a smooth resin sheet. The refractive indices of resins of resin layers adjacent to each other are different from each other.
