PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless two-component curable adhesive compsn. which exhibits good processiblity and physical properties, is a combination of a main component contg. a compound containing hydroxyl group and a curative component contg. a composed containing isocyanate group, and is characterized in that, when the two components are mixed, the resultant mixture becomes solid or semisolid. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises a main component contg. a compound containing hydroxyl group and a curative component contg. a compound containing isocyanate group in a molar ratio of NCO/OH of 1.0-1.5. When the two components are mixed, a solid or semisolid having an m.p. of 30-60 deg.C and a viscosity of 100-20,000 cP is formed. The compsn. is heated and applied to a film in a coating wt. of 0.1-5 g/m<2> , and the film is then laminated to another film substrate with a nip roller, etc. The hydroxyl compd. is e.g. a polyester polyol (e.g. poly-ε-caprolactone diol) or a polyether polyol (e.g. polyethylene glycol). The polyisocyanate compd. is e.g. a polyurethane polyisocyanate or an aliph. isocyanate polymer.
