摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire extremely reduced in the segregation of components and the non-uniformly of wall thickness at an outer shell part, and capable of obtaining the excellent welding performance by a highly efficient and continuous manufacturing method to achieve the seam welding of a seam of steel strips. SOLUTION: This flux-cored wire for gas shield arc welding has the composition consisting of, by weight, 0.30-1.20% C, 5-12% Si, 19-4% Mn, <=30% Ni, and the balance Fe, satisfies the inequalities of Si>=11.89-2.92C-0.077Mn-0.062Ni and Si<=8.3C+0.14(Mn+Ni), contains 1-10% iron-based Si-Mn-Ni alloy powder of <=212μm in grain size in the flux, and the flux consisting of the raw powder of <=1.10 in specific magnetic permeability (μ) is charged in a steel shell.
