PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation container where tofu and other food are sealed adjacently to each other like a magic in one container as a preserved food, to recover a fresh taste and flavor which are lost with conventional frozen food or retort food, to develop diversified foods focused on tofu which is healthy food to target the seat of the main food on its extension line, and to expand the demand of tofu while making use of a new distribution route of only this food having a relatively long preservation time. SOLUTION: In a container in which a tray-like body 2 and its lid are attached to each other with the lid 1 closed, the lid 1 is provided with a partition 5 integrated with the lid and spouts 6, 7, the partition 5 forms an area of the prescribed size which is pierced in the vertical direction, or demarcates the container in right and left parts in a sorting manner at the prescribed ratio, and the spouts 6, 7 are exclusively used for each area, and sealed after the sterilized soybean milk before solidification and the food are filled in a sterilized condition. |
