PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stepwise difference or a splash by mounting a stamper on one mold surface, providing a cutting punch for punching a center of a disc in the other mold, and forming a mold surface from an outer periphery of the punch to an outer peripheral ring in a substantially continued smooth surface. SOLUTION: A stamper 5 is mounted at a fixed mold 2, and a stamper 5 is not provided at a movable mold 3. A cutting punch 12 for punching a center of a disc is provided at a center of the mold 3. And, a mold surface from the outer periphery to an outer peripheral ring 4 provided on the outer periphery of a mold 1 is formed in an integral flat surface having a smooth surface, i.e., no seam or stepwise difference. Melted resin is cast in a cavity of the mold 1, and the disc is formed. After injection, the punch 12 is operated, and a spool is disconnected from the disc. The mold is opened while the disc is sandwiched between the ring 4 and the punch 12 by considering a cooling state of the disc. |
