PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a panel having smooth surface and high strength by absorbing a prescribed quantity of water in a water absorbing medium, covering the circumference of the water absorbing medium with a surfactant, mixing with a powdery material consisting essentially of cement and press- molding to disperse water. SOLUTION: The prescribed quantity of water 3 is absorbed in the water absorbing medium, the surfactant is applied on the circumference of the water absorbing medium and the powdery material consisting essentially of cement is mixed with the water absorbing medium in this state and press-molded to disperse the water 3. As the water absorbing medium, though there is no particular limitation, an inorganic lightweight aggregate to be a component of the powdery material is preferably used. For example, perlite, garrolite, sepiolite, calcium carbonate and the like are exemplified. As the surfactant, which is not particularly limited, a saponifying agent and an emulsifier are included and silicone oil or the like is generally used. The powdery material consists essentially of cement and is formed by blending auxiliary components such as an aggregate, a reinforcing material and fiber. |
