PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite material excellent in mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This material comprises an organically modified clay 70 desirably being a clay mineral (e.g. montmorillonite, vermiculite, or mica) to the surface of which 6C or higher organo onium ions (e.g. octylammonium ions or stearylammonium ions) are ionically bonded, a functional-group-containing polymer 1, another polymer 3, and a crosslinking agent 2. The functional-group- containing polymer has been crosslinked with a crosslinking agent. |
