PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a single dentist, etc., to photograph the dentition at a desired angle by providing abutting parts respectively abutting a labium superius oris and a labium inferius oris, a connecting part connecting them and an aperture part formed by combining the abutting parts and the connecting part in the state of a frame. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of an exposing part 1 outside of a labia orises and an insertion part 2 for inserting to the inside of the labia orises and between teeth. The part 1 is provided with an aperture part 1a formed inside of a frame and a standing part 1b formed on a front surface. at the part 2, inserting and standing parts 2a are formed on upper/lower sides. The part 1b and the parts 2a are connected by a bottom surface part 3 with a flat part to form a labium superius oris inserting part 3a nearly in the form of U for inserting the labium superius oris and a labium inferius oris inserting part 3b for inserting the labium inferius oris. The part 3a constitutes a labium superius oris abutting part and the part 3b constitutes a labium inferius oris abutting part to connect the labium superius oris abutting part and the labium inferius oris abutting part by the angulus oris part 2d of the part 2.
