<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony structure capable of promoting the viewing effect also when outside scenery is viewed from a lower position in a room through a balcony, which can heighten the effect of pent roof for preventing the sunlight from excessively coming inside the room. SOLUTION: A balcony 28 accessible from an indoor space 4 through an opening mounting glass door, etc., thereto is provided in every floor of an apartment house having a plurality of floors. This balcony 28 is so formed by projecting upstairs and downstairs balcony floorings 30 toward the outside that it is horizontally extended from their lower end positions of the upstairs girder 20 and downstairs girder 20, a balustrade 32 is formed by erecting it on the circumferential edge of the upper part of each of the balcony floorings, and it is connected to the indoor space through the opening 26 formed between the upstairs and downstairs girders.</p> |
