摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the flexibility by detecting a part by a machine vision system, applying an impact energy to a position selected on a support part by a changer, and independently or selectively changing the position state of the part by the changer. SOLUTION: A part feeding system 20 has a part dispenser 22 for supplying a part to a change unit 23, and the change unit 23 is provided with a support part 50 and a changer 80. The support part 50 has an edge to provide a pickup surface, and at least one position parameter for regulating a changing or selecting zone to regulate the position state of the part is detected by a machine vision system 60. The changer 80 imparts an impact energy to the support part 50 according to the output of the machine vision system 60 to redistribute or reorient the selected part to a desired selected state. According to this, the performance of a part feeder can be improved.</p>
