PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for precisely and conveniently forming a phosphor layer on the substrate for a plasma display panel having partition. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet provided with a releasable photosensitive resin layer contg. a red light emitting phosphor on the base film, a transfer sheet provided with a releasable photosensitive resin layer contg. a green light emitting phosphor on the base film and a transfer sheet provided with a releasable photosensitive resin layer contg. a blue light emitting phosphor or the base film are used in an optional order, the photosensitive resin layer is press-bonded to a substrate having partition 26 on the partition side, the resin layer is exposed from the base film side through a specified photomask, then the base film is released to transfer the exposed part of the resin layer, and a photosensitive resin pattern is formed. The process is repeated with respect to the first color to the third color, then the org. component of the photosensitive resin pattern of each color is removed by baking, and a phosphor layer is formed. |
