SOLUTION: This sausage like food is obtained by mixing a first heat-treated ingredient composed of edible meat as a main material with a second not heat- treated ingredient composed of edible meat as a main material, packing the mixture into a casing and heat-treating the mixture. Beef, pork, chicken, etc., are especially preferable as the edible meat. At least one selected from vegetables, grain, potatoes, mushrooms, fishes and shellfishes, fruits and their processed foods, seasoning and spice are used as an ingredient except the edible meat. |
