<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To anticipate the useful life with every hose, and to easily control replacing time of the hose by arranging a means to detect/record impact and unreasonable deformation applied to a marine hose to send liquid such as crude oil between the land and a tanker. SOLUTION: A marine hose 1 has a base having a flange 2a installed in both side end parts, the hose part fitted to this base 2, a buoyancy material layer to surround the periphery and a black skin rubber layer 5, and forms an orange stripe 6 on the outside. Sensor boxes 9-1 to 9-3 housing respectively an acceleration sensor and a stress sensor are installed in a prescribed position in such a marine hose 1 to be connected to a radio unit 11 installed in the base 2 part by a signal conductor. Abnormal impact/abnormal stress data taken in the host computer side by radio transmission is recorded together with a history of an identification number and recording date to be used to control anticipation of the service life and replacing time of the hose 1.</p> |
