<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed pipe new construction method that can reduce work mandays and work hours so as to reduce cost. SOLUTION: In a feed pipe new construction method for newly constructing a feed pipe branched from a main branch pipe 3 buried under a road 2, without open/cutting so as to feed gas to each consumer, a flexible excavating rod 7 is inserted through a flexible sheath tube 6, and the excavating rod 7 and the sheath tube 6 are started into earth from the consumer side and made to reach the main branch pipe 3 while excavating. The excavating rod 7 is then pulled out of the inside of the sheath tube. A PE pipe is inserted in the sheath tube 6, and the tip of the PE pipe is connected to the main branch pipe 3.</p> |
