PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the evaluation device of a microcomputer with a built-in nonvolatile memory by using an existing circuit. SOLUTION: When the instruction of data rewrite is decoded, the microcomputer 4 stores output data in a buffer circuit 12 and holds a state for indicating whether or not to write the data in a flag register 16 for the respective data of one byte. Then, only the data to which the state for indicating that the data are to be written in a RAM 13 is attached are written from the buffer circuit 12 to the RAM 13. At the time, operation control by the program of the microcomputer 4 is temporarily stopped for prescribed time. From the view point of the microcomputer 4, it seems that the rewrite of the data takes the prescribed time and the RAM 13 seems like the nonvolatile memory by temporarily stopping the operation of the microcomputer 4 for the prescribed time. |
