PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a normal recovery from wide-range abnormality occurring to a voltage-supplied circuit and to prevent a system from being broken even if the normal recovery can be be made by initializing the voltage-supplied circuit if abnormality occurs to the circuit and lowering the voltage applied to the circuit if the abnormal state can not be solved by this initialization. SOLUTION: A control part 14 once knowing abnormality of the voltage- supplied circuit 2 outputs a reset signal 50 to the voltage-supplied circuit 2. If the circuit does not recovers normally, the supply voltage to the voltage- supplied circuit 2 is controlled (lowered) to remove the abnormality from the voltage-supplied circuit 2, which can be made to recover normally. Consequently, blocking or latch-up abnormality of the voltage-supplied circuit 2 which can not be recovered only by the output of the reset signal 50 is eliminated to make the voltage-supplied circuit 2 to recover normally, thereby improving the reliability of the abnormality recovering function. |
