<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quantity of electric charges, the environmental stability of electrostatic charge, the admixability and durability of toner, etc., and to obtain a high quality image free from image quality defects due to the internal contamination of a copying machine and the contamination of a photoreceptor with a free additive by incorporating fine additive particles treated with a treating agent contg. an isocyanatosilane compd. and silicone oil. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner compsn. contains toner particles contg. at least a colorant and a bonding resin and fine additive particles treated with a treating agent contg. an isocyanatosilane compd. and silicone oil. One or more selected from among modified silicone oil having a reactive group in the molecule, hydrogen silicone oil and fluorine-contg. silicone oil are preferably used as the silicone oil. The viscosity of the silicone oil is preferably 5-15,000 cP at a room temp. It is preferable that the treating agent further contains a releasing agent such as silicone resin or fluororesin.</p> |
