SOLUTION: A terminal 2-1 connects a communication port with a command distributing server 1, and establishes a communication path 3 for control, and transmits a connection request command for requesting connection with each terminal. The command distributing server 1 which receives the connection request command connects a communication port with each terminal 2-1-2-4, and establishes communication paths 5-1-5-4 for linking. |
