PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To same the power consumption. SOLUTION: An alternative current is supplied from an AC power source 11 through an opening/closing means 12 to a stabilized power circuit 13. The output of the power circuit 13 is supplied to a load 16 and consumed. A voltage detecting circuit 14 measures the voltage held by a holding means 1601 of the load 16, and when the voltage exceeds a prescribed range, a signal Si showing how to control the opening/closing means 12 is outputted to a control means 15. According to this signal Si, the control means 15 controls the opening/closing means 12 so that the output of the power circuit 13 can be settled within the prescribed range. Besides, when the load 16 consumes power, while considering the state of the load, the power circuit 13 can be controlled not to be turned off. |
