<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of adding key information and to extract a target image even if there are many pieces of image data by holding plural image data that are expanded and successively reading and displaying image data from a holding means. SOLUTION: This device accesses the image file of a file number to be shown through a magneto-optical disk drive interface 12, reads data of a buffer memory 12a in the interface 12 and performs expansion of the read data by using a different part of a work area 20 in a RAM 3. The expanded image data is stored in an empty cache. When reading a file is completed, image data is transferred from the cache, in which the image data as a display object is stored, to a VRAM 5. When the image data is transferred to the VRAM 5, the image data is shown on a displaying part 6.</p> |
