PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an MnAlC-based bond magnet including a grinding step, which can greatly shorten a time necessary for the grinding step to largely improve a productivity, can manufacture the magnet having good magnetic characteristics, and can cope with even a case demanding a higher performance. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an MnAlC-based bond magnet by molding MnAlC-based alloy powder by warm extruding into a molding and then by grinding the molding and kneading it with resin, the molding is heated to 300 deg.C or more prior to the grinding and then quenched to manufacture an MnAlC-base bond magnet. In the method for manufacturing the MnAlC-based bond magnet, the molding is heated to a temperature of 300-900 deg.C. |
