PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup and an optical disk device of which parts constitution is made simple, which can be easily assembled and of which optical parts can be precisely mounted. SOLUTION: The pickup includes a light receiving and emitting element 21, a light dividing means 22b which divides the light beams emitted from the light source section of the element 21, optical path bending means 22a and 22e which bend the optical paths of the light beams from the means 22b, an optical converging means 23, in which the light beams reflected by optical path bending means 22a and 22e are focused and illuminated on the signal recorded surface of an optical disk 11 that is rotatively driven, and an optical branching means 22c which branches the returning light beams from the signal recorded surface of the disk 11. Moreover, the returning light beams from the signal recorded surface of the disk 11 are branched by the means 22c and made incident on the light receiving section of the element 21 and the means 22c is integrally constituted with the means 22a and 22c. |
