PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a portable telephone set to make automatic dialing when the telephone set enters a service zone, even if the telephone set at the outside of the service zone has, made dialing operation. SOLUTION: If a telephone set is not resident in a speech available zone in the case of making dialing ('NO' in the step 102), the content of dialing is stored in an internal memory and the content is displayed (step 103). If the telephone set enters the speech available zone in this state ('YES' in the step 102), the telephone set enters the dialing operation automatically (step 109) and the user is informed of the fact through by a ring tone or the like (step 111). Thus, even if the telephone set makes dialing at the outside of the speech available zone, the content dialed is stored, and if the telephone set enters the speech available zone, the telephone set makes dialing automatically. Thus, the same dialing by the user many times or forgetting an important call is prevented, so that the operating convenience of the portable telephone set is improved. |
