PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a information wiring system which the user customize dynamically where the service and the operation maintenance management for an information communication network and a supervisory control network are integrated at an information wiring level, together with a power wiring level so as to make the design, installation, operation and maintenance management efficient. SOLUTION: A VW platform 4 as a wiring integral network of a logical consistent configuration is formed with respect to a user 3 on a system that integrates a supervisory control network 1 and an information communication network 2.
