PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely send control information for transmission power control with respect to the control information transmission method. SOLUTION: When a control symbol obtained by assigning transmission power control information to symbols based on phase modulation is sent to a communication opposite party, so as to control the transmission power of the communication opposite party, the control information for raising the transmission power of the communication opposite party and the other control information to lower the transmission power of the communication opposite party are respectively assigned to a symbol pair, the Euclid distance of which is apart most among symbols based on phase modulation. Even with the reception of a noise or an interference wave in transmission, mis-discrimination of control information is prevented, since the symbols are separated by a distance on a signal constellation. Thus, the control information can be sent surely. |
