<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal quickly with new setting or change in the comprehensive group of medical care charge. SOLUTION: This medical care charge claim system includes a comprehensive group retrieving means 13 provided in each medical care action score master 9 when a comprehensive table indicating whether or no a medical care action taken belongs to a comprehensive group for each comprehensive group constituted of plural medical care action and a medical core action inputted from the outside, retrieves the belonging comprehensive group from the comprehensive table of the medical care action score master corresponding to the inputted medical care action and input medical are action canceling means 15 for registering the inputted medical care action THIS time in a patient information table 6(11) by setting the medical care score as 9, or canceling the medical care action itself when the belonging comprehensive group is retrieved by the comprehensive group retrieving means, and a medical care action in the same comprehensive group is registered in the patient information table 6(11).</p> |
