<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the down time when control equipment is unable to operate by performing control by an old control unit which has actual results to at least some extent and shortening the use time of the control equipment which is already in operation by test operation of a new control unit. SOLUTION: In a test operation mode, the input signal of a 1st input/output port is transferred to the output signal of a 2nd input/output port where the old control unit 12 is connected and the old control unit 12 is operated first to make it possible to perform normal operation. Furthermore, in the test operation mode, the input signal of the 1st input/output port is transferred to the new control unit 52 as well. The facilities are therefore not stopped during the normal operation of the old control unit 12 and the new control unit 52 can be placed in test operation, thereby suppressing the down time.</p> |
