PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal deflection excitation circuit capable of shortening the storage time and lowering time of a horizontal output transistor and reducing the power loss of a circuit. SOLUTION: The secondary winding 2b of a horizontal excitation transformer 2 is connected between the base and emitter of the horizontal output transistor 5 through an impedance element (resistor 15 or the like). An inverse base current pull-out switch element 17 allows a current from the base electrode of the horizontal output transistor 5 to flow through a negative power source -En corresponding to a voltage Vr1 generated at the impedance element. The impedance element is constituted by including an inductance element 16. |
