PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell inspection method for producing easy and correct determination when because of large measurement difference between a condition having mis-insertion of a battery cell to a case, and a condition without it, and provide correct determination, even when the surface of pole plates is small or when the number of them is small. SOLUTION: Difference between the measurement of electrostatic capacity (conforming item) between a negative pole plate 103a of a first cell 101a and a negative pole plate 103b of a second cell 101b facing the negative pole plate 103a, when a positive pole plate 104a of the first cell 101a and a positive pole plate 102b of the second cell 101b adjacent to the first cell 101a are dropped to the ground potential, and the measurement of electrostatic capacity (of an non-conforming item) between the negative pole plate 103a of the first cell 101a and the positive pole plate the 102b of the second cell 101b facing a negative pole plate 103a through the negative pole plate 103b of the second cell 101b when a positive pole plate 102a of the first cell 101a and the negative pole plate 103b of the second cell 101b are dropped to the ground potential is detected. |
