The bipolar battery has a cell bank which includes several anodes (16) and cathodes (26), alternatively grouped and insulated by separators (14), with a central hole in of the anodes and cathodes and having several insertion holes formed in the peripheral parts of the anodes and cathodes. The anode and cathode connection parts (19, 25) are inserted through the connection holes and anode and cathode insulation parts (18, 24) are formed at the top of the cathode connection (25) and at the bottom of the anode connection (19). An exterior support (12) supports the anode and cathode bank, by parts exterior to them and an electrolyte injection part (27) is inserted in the holes through the anode and cathode separators for injection of an electrolyte into the anode and cathode banks. A collector (11), which is supported by an exterior part (12) and by the injection part (27), which is placed at the top of the anode situated at the highest part of the anode and cathode structure and above the cathode insulation part and the anode connection part. The anode connection includes a conducting ring (17) inserted in an insertion hole having a dimension greater than the cathode insertion holes, and having an engagement hole formed in the central part of the latter. A contact part (19) is inserted in the anode insertion hole and in the hole for the contact ring, and having an engagement hole formed in the latter.
