SOLUTION: A switching part 21 of an IRD 5 supplies an undescrambled TS(transport stream) that is outputted from a front end part 11 or a descrambled TS that is outputted from a descrambler 12 to a DVCR 7 which is connected to an IEEE1394 interface 22. At the same time, the data which are outputted from the DVCR 7 can be supplied to the descrambler 12.
