PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately fold a heat seal, to improve soldering operability, and to improve yield by sticking a tape with an adhesive by aligning its hole with an expected folding-line position of the heat seal. SOLUTION: An LCD panel 12 and a TCP 14 are connected electrically by the flexible heat seal 13. The reinforcing tape 21 with the slit for an LCD module is stuck over the LCD panel 12, heat seal 13, and TCP 14. The oblong hole slit 22 of the slit reinforcing tape 21 is stuck along the folding line 23 where folding is expected. In this case, a both-sided adhesive tape 24 is stuck on a part on which the heat steel 13 is put inside when being folded. The hole part in the slit shape is better in flexibility tan other heat seal parts, so that heat seal can accurately be folded by accurately sticking the slit reinforcing tape 21 along the folding line 23. |
