<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure medium management by preventing an illegal use of a ticket issued by test ticket issuing. SOLUTION: This device has a hopper cassette 18 with different cassette IDs depending upon whether a medium in use is stored or a medium for a local test is stored, a confirming means which confirms the cassette ID when the hopper cassette 18 is set, and a control means which inhibits a ticket from being test-issued when the set hopper cassette 18 contains the medium in use and allows a ticket to be test-issued when the set hopper cassette 18 is for the local test. When the hopper cassette 18 is set in a ticket issuing terminal 11, the cassette ID is confirmed to inhibit the test ticket issuing when the hopper cassette 18 is for actual use and allows the test ticket issuing when for the local test.</p> |
