PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a specific caller without visual confirmation of display information by sounding a voice stored corresponding to each specific telephone number in the case that caller telephone number information included in an incoming call signal is coincident with stored specific telephone number information. SOLUTION: A caller number from a caller is given to a dial number comparison control section of a CPU 112 via a route of a DSU 101→a driver/receiver 102→a layer 1 control section 103→a layer 2 control section 110→a layer 3 control section 111. The dial number comparison control section of the CPU 112 compares the caller number with a number registered in a storage 113 and selects transmission of voice data corresponding to the registered number when both the numbers are coincident and a voice corresponding to a call signal from a specific source is sent via a path of a B channel selector 104→a CODEC 105→an analog signal processing circuit 106→a speaker 107.
