PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an image unevenness from occurring by attenuating vibration of a belt. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with plural image carriers 16k, 16y, 16m and 16c arranged so as to satisfy every condition respectively shown by next formulas, L3=nD, L3≠nL1, nL3≠L1, L3≠nL2, and nL3≠L2, when assuming a range between the belt supporting roll 28a held in contact with the belt B rotary traveling in transfer area Q3k, Q3y, Q3m and Q3c between the belt driving roll 26 and arranged on the down stream side among plural belt supporting rolls 26 to 29 contg. the roll 26 and idle rolls 26a to 29c, and the image carrier 16c arranged on the supreme downstream side as L1, the range between the supporting roll 26 on the upstream side and the image carrier 16k arranged on the supreme upstream side as L2, respective range between each of plural image carriers 16k, 16y, 16m and 16c as L3, the peripheral length of the driving roll 26 as D, and (n) as an arbitrary positive integer.
