PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which suppresses coarsening of powdery developer in a developing container and reduces image degradation resulting from it. SOLUTION: In the image forming device having at least powdery toner (developer) 8, a developing sleeve (developer carrier) 6 for holding the toner 8 on it, a developing container 13 for storing the toner, and a vibration member (developer carrying means) 30 for carrying the toner 8 to the developing sleeve 6, the vibration member 30 is minutely vibrated. Minutely vibrating the vibration member 30 reduces a rubbing portion for the toner 8 in comparison with the case of using the conventional rotary type toner carrying means and can, therefore, suppress coarsening of the powdery toner 8 and prevent image failure resulting from the coarsening of the powdery toner 8. |
