PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box for wiring and piping which facilitates adjustment of installation height and fore-and-aft installation position of the box, by indicating the installation height and fore-and-aft installation position of the box. SOLUTION: A box for wiring and piping is provided with a fixed portion 12 which is formed in such a manner that the fixed portion is protruded outward from a side wall of a box body 11 and recessed from the front face of the box body 11, and secured in contact with a post 2 behind the wall, and an indicating portion 13 which is capable of indicating on the post 2 the position of the center of the box body 11 and a plane almost flush with the front face of the box body 11 with the fixed portion 12 in contact with the post 2. |
