PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity conductor line of an insulator covered metal continuously on the surface of a base such as a tube or a wire by an easy and simple operation without using any large-sized equipment. SOLUTION: On the surface of the base material 1 for a lead wire made of an electric insulative material, an electroconductive liquid 2 is coated by dip coating, and thereby an electroconductive thin film layer 4 is formed, and an insulative band 6 is formed by removing the thin film layer 4 using a light radiating device 5 to radiate the light in one direction along a lead wire 8, and a plurality of electroconductive lines 7 insulated electrically from one another are formed along the lead wire. |
