PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high precision in the thickness of adhesive layers between disk substrates for a disk, which is manufactured by pasting plural disk substrates together with adhesive layers having a prescribed thickness, and to maintain the precision during the production of the disk. SOLUTION: At least one of the portions of the pasting surfaces of disk substrates 2 is coated with a resin having a prescribed thickness. The resin is hardened and is made into a primary hardened section 5. Then, resin is supplied to at least one of the pasting surfaces of the substrates 2, two substrates 2 are combined, a pressure is applied, the supplied resin is spread over between the substrates, hardened and a secondary hardened section 6 is formed. Since the section 5 having a prescribed thickness is beforehand formed on the pasting surface of the substrates 2, the section 5 becomes a stopper when the substrates 2 are combined and pressed and no excess pressure is realized to make the thickness less. Thus, no precise control is required for the pressing and the prescribed thickness for an adhesive layer can be precisely formed. |
