PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a quantity of soluble lipid without any deterioration of solubility of a reactive reagent layer so as to provide a reference solution causing no erosion on an electrode surface by using nonionic sugar ester series surfactant as a surfactant. SOLUTION: Using surfactant aqueous solution as a disperse medium of lipid, erosion, which is generated when a sample liquid is fed into a sensor, of a carbon electrode can be suppressed. Therefore, an electrode blank value can be lowered, and preferable use as a quantitative reference solution can be accomplished. When a nonionic sugar ester series surfactant is used, a quantity of lipid soluble in water solution can be increased, so that a reference solution usable over a wide concentration range can be formed. As this kind of nonionic sugar ester group surfactant, sucrose fatty acid ester, octyl thioglucoside, sucrose monolaurate, and decanoyl-N-methyl gulcamide and the like are available. |
