<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier running system, which has a noncontact feeding mechanism, and in which the secondary winding of a carrier is fed with a power by a primary feeder stably. SOLUTION: A primary feeder is composed of a plurality of copper pipes 6 connected to each other. Approximately cylindrical female connector 8 and male connector 9 are screwed into female screw parts 6a and 6a on both the ends of the copper pipe 6 with the male screw part 8a of the female screw 8 and the male screw part 9a of the male connector 9 respectively. The recessed part 8c of the female connector 8 of one copper pipe 6 and the protruding part 9c of the male connector 9 of the other copper pipe 6 adjacent to it are mated with each other to connect the copper pipes 6 to each other. The outer circumference of the cylinder in which the recessed part 8c is formed has an outer diameter same as the outer diameter of the copper pipe 6. With this constitution, as the bending of the primary feeder is not produced over a whole length of a running track, a relative position between a secondary winding and the primary feeder is not varied and, further, the relative position can be kept in a constant state even at a connection part 7.</p> |
