PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for processing by providing a host system with a host computer calculating a difference between system informed and a standard system parameter and a terminal system with a terminal computer calculated a difference between system information and the standard system parameter. SOLUTION: As a standard system, the host system 20 and the terminal system 30 hold the same patterns characteristic by the attribute of a system equipment in advance. Thereby, newest system information is obtained only by calculating difference information from a standard system pattern and data- transferring it. Namely, in this system, the newest only the degree of the difference of the newest state of a present system from a standard system pattern is calculated to store variation after this as successive difference information and data-transfers only this difference information to the system to obtain newest system information held by a host system 20.
