PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmitting device capable of driving a photoreceptor drum without rotational irregularity while transmitting driving force to the photoreceptor drum toward another drum arranged to face oppositely on the periphery of the photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: A flange 806 attached on the end part of the photoreceptor drum 41 functions as the outer rotor of a DC motor 80, and the drum 41 is directly driven by the motor 80. The flange 806 which is attached coaxially with the drum 41 and on which a first permanent magnet row having alternately arranged N pole and S pole in a peripheral direction is formed, and a flange 462 which is attached coaxially with a transfer roller 46 and on which a second permanent magnet row having alternately arranged N pole and S pole in the peripheral direction is formed are arranged on positions by which the driving force can be transmitted with the magnetic bonding power of both permanent magnet rows. |
