摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately execute operation management by connecting a door sensor for detecting the open/close of a door of an automobile to a vehicle side device and making it possible to automatically transmit information indicating the execution of delivery to a base station when the door of a baggage room is opened/closed for delivery. SOLUTION: An encoder 12 connected to a vehicle side digital portable telephone set 11 is loaded on an automobile to be used for traveling delivery or the like and various sensors such as a vehicle speed sensor 13, a temperature sensor 14, an engine rotation sensor 15 for detecting the states of the vehicle, a GPS device 16 and a door sensor S for detecting the open/close of the door are connected to the encoder 12 to constitute the vehicle side device. Since the door is surely opened/closed to deliver a baggage at the arrival of the automobile at an addressee, a signal indicating the execution of delivery is automatically inputted to the vehicle side device without requiring driver's specific operation and a signal from the GPS device 16 is added to the input signal, so that the address of the addressee and arrival time can be reported to the base station. The base station can monitor and record the operation state of the vehicle at real time.
