PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judges the inoperativeness of uninterruptible power supply resulting from such an unexpected accident as the disconnection of a cable between devices, coning off of connectors, etc., by providing an inoperativeness outputting means which outputs the inoperativeness of the power supply when a detecting means which detects the inoperativeness of the power supply detects the inoperativeness. SOLUTION: When connectors 37, 37, 38, and 38 between a control circuit 35 and a control section 42 come off, the cable between the circuit 35 and section 42 is disconnected, or an operation switch 43 is turned off, the phtoocoupler H1 of the control section 42 is turned off and a transistor T4 in the control circuit 35 is turned on, because the output of an inverter N2 is inverted. Consequently, the signal output lines of an charging abnormal signal BCER and a capacity drop signal BTYO simultaneously output signals at low levels. When the output lines simultaneously output the signals, a power supply disconnection signal is set and transmitted to a main control section 20. The control section 20 judges that the power supply from an uninterruptible power unit 30 is disconnected by simultaneously sending signals to both signal output lines. |
