<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen filling holder capable of performing a reliable and stable measurement even if a specimen is expanded. SOLUTION: A specimen filling holder 1 provided with a specimen storing recessed part 2 for storing a specimen 2 comprises a specimen loading projected part 11 which is provided in the specimen storing recessed part 2 and on which a specimen S is loaded and a specimen clearing recessed part 12 provided around the specimen loading projected part 11. When the specimen S is expanded, the amount of expansion enters into the recessed part 12 and, therefore, the surface of the specimen S is not expanded. Thus, any error on various types of measurements using the surface of the specimen S as a reference is not present.</p> |
