<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling work while enhancing the mounting performance. SOLUTION: First and second telescopic members 11, 12 are stood on the orthogonal axes of a target detector 10 and the first member 11 is engaged, at the open end thereof, with a linear moving member 13 movably in the direction substantially parallel with the second member 12. The member 13 is engaged with a first drive member 14 in the direction orthogonal to the linear movement and the first member 11. Rotation of the target detector 10 about one axis is controlled by controlling the movement of the first drive member 14 and a second drive member 17 is engaged with the open end of the second member 12 in the direction substantially parallel with the moving direction of the first drive member 14. Rotation of the target detector 10 about the other axis is controlled by controlling the movement of the second drive member 17.</p> |
