PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the installation of an application program not matched with the version of an OS. SOLUTION: On a transmission side, the whole of both of the application program to be distributed to a reception side and a basic program including the OS of the version matched with the application program or the like is turned to the information bit of the cord word of 1 and ECC for the information bit is calculated and added to the application program. On the reception side, the consistency of the application program and the already installed basic program is judged based on the ECC added to the distributed application program and the distributed application program is installed based on the judged result.
